Spectacular Weekend

This weekend has been unbelievable. After suffering some very hot muggy weather earlier this week, this weekend the temperature has been nice, humidity low, skies clear--just downright pleasant. We've had a lot of kayakers recently and given the conditions there it isn't hard to figure out why--it just couldn't have been better.

On a personal note, my father-in-law turned 80 on Saturday and we had a nice family party for him--very enjoyable afternoon and evening.
